Replaced 20 year old thermosstat
After resolving issue related to my dated thermostat (Honeywell Chromotherm) having different wiring (3 wire and no C wire) compared to newer thermostats (Ecobee 3 Lite), the install and getting it setup was pretty painless. First, Ecobee customer service was very slow in responding but did help to resolve my wiring issue. Unfortuately, the responded AFTER I found a solution using Google and YouTube. Which was a really fortunate because there was a lot of good information that was really useful (and to be honest, some not so useful). Overall, I'm really happy with the Ecobee 3 Lite.

Looks Like a Custom Install
The Ecobee was smaller than the original thermostat and there was no paint under that one. Plus the hole was larger and had to be sealed. This Cover made it look perfect.
