Unlike some word search books where the puzzles can be solved relatively quickly, the puzzles in this book were a little more challenging than others, but overall not too difficult--this just made the fun last longer! Provides a great way to help with relaxation, attention span, memory, and vocabulary expansion. Printed in nice quality paper and neatly bound. Great gift for yourself or someone else. To enhance the experience we suggest also having pens with different colors of ink handy--when two or more are joining the fun--to keep track.

Great for dementia patients

I never thought I would have such an appreciation for a product. My Memaw is 92-years old. She's a feisty, vibrant, independent Italian who still drives her self. When the quarantine started, it was hard for her to wrap her head around the severity of this Pandemic. She went out a few times (before there were cases in our county), and each time, I had to remind her not to. I thought my biggest fear would be her going out and contracting the virus, but actually, a different problem arose. We began to notice that without the mental stimulation of going out, she was backsliding a bit. We did our best- I would visit her and bring my dogs over, I'd encourage family to call her, but it seemed like she needed more. Enter this book. She loves it. She's engaged in it. She completes different puzzles every day. She loves the large print and proudly shares how many she does in a day. It's a relief to us to hear this- this book is providing her the mental stimulation she needs. (Well, this and some lottery tickets) I never thought such a low-priced, trivial item would be of such value, but I was wrong. This book has helped our family more than we could imagine!

Well made and easy to read

My Dad has worked through many such word and number search books but this is singularly the worst one we have bought. Several of the puzzles had incorrect spelling or words which weren't present in the puzzle (notwithstanding the clue) or misspelt. When an 86-yo man with dementia stares and stares at a puzzle and can't even find one word you tend to think it's the dementia causing it but with this particular puzzle book, it wasn't! Will not be buying this brand again.
