Thank you Frigidaire!! I purchased a white Frigidaire to match my appliance’s. Did I say I love my Frigidaire countertop ice maker!! 100 stars. It’s great to just open the lid and have ice right on your counter. I use a Pure Water bottle to put ice cubes in they are perfect in size. I fill it with ice and put Grape juice, or Cranberry juice any juice or water I put my collagen powder and energy vitamins in and shake it up and have great ice drinks. I put ice in and make ice coffee. My dog loves ice cold water like his mom. He always has his ice. I use the Frigidaire Ice maker all through the day and evening. It’s a great gift to yourself or to gift to others. Thank you so much. You will be so happy you bought it. It’s not loud. It’s lightweight. Never fails to make ice. There is a window you can see inside. When you open it will make more ice. It’s just wonderful, fabulous and I love, love, love it. If your someone like me that loves cold ice drinks it’s perfect! I live in a senior apartment with no room in the refrigerator or freezer so I ordered this and it's perfect

I have had it for a month. It makes ice pretty quickly and is very compact. I wouldn’t recommend it if you live in a smaller place because it’s loud. It’s louder than my refrigerator and my fridge is huge.

Replaced my old one due it was intermittent at times. I’ve always had good luck with Frigidaire products! This ice maker is living up to my expectations. We live in an efficiency apartment so frig doesn’t have an ice maker so I rely on my table top ice maker!

This feels like an absolute luxury in my office. Having this combined with a water cooler in the break room just makes us feel like we are living in the future. It is easy to use and consistently makes and maintains ice.

UPDATE as of July 2020 - We ended up having to move last year, so only used this ice maker for about two months before packing it back up in its original packaging for a local move. It didn't get UNpacked until three months ago. We plugged it back in, ran a few rounds of lemon water through it to clean out the tubes, and got it going. Things seemed fine. It wasn't even as noisy as it was before. We only use bottled water in it, as our area has pretty hard water. But then last week, it suddenly decided it wasn't going to make ice any more. It was giving us the "add water" error message, even though it was full. We tried turning it off and back on several times. We also completely unplugged it, hoping that might reset whatever had gone wrong. Nope. Dead ice maker. So, we got LESS THAN SIX MONTHS' use from this ice maker. I don't know if it was just a lemon (you can read my original review...it never sounded right, and I never got a response from Frigidaire), or if this company makes extra-cheap machines. I am beyond disappointed in this. I need an ice maker and now can't afford to replace this one, with so little use on it. Not happy. ------------ ORIGINAL REVIEW - We've had two other ice machines over the last decade. We keep this upstairs. I am partially disabled and don't have the mobility to run to the kitchen fridge. These machines help me have cold drinks and fill ice bags. I love the color on this one. We've not had the Frigidare brand before, but most of these portable ice makers are the same and just have a different label slapped on them. It is pictured in the photo (decal was ours, they do not come thay way). This is making ice ok for now, but I am SERIOUSLY concerned about how long it will last! We have NEVER had one that sounded like it was on its last leg, gasping and grunting to get the water up into the freezing compartment! It grunts and grinds so loudly, it makes the overflow tray on our keurig coffee maker (maybe 1-1/2 to 2 feet from the ice maker) shake! It is like a mini earthquake when it pumps water up! I KNOW this is not normal. At first, we thought the coffee pot was dying and grunting, as we listened from the other room. Nope...it was this ice maker. I would like to see either the seller or manufacturer step up and replace this machine for us. We bought it new, not a refurb. Very disappointed in this unit so far. But I can no longer afford to just get a different one. 😓

This Frigidaire portable ice maker has been very convenient for keeping a steady supply of ice without relying on freezer trays. It produces ice relatively quickly, and the capacity is more than enough for daily household use, small gatherings, or keeping drinks cold throughout the day. The compact design makes it easy to place on a countertop without taking up too much space, and setup is straightforward—just add water and select the ice size. It runs fairly quietly for what it is, though you do notice it cycling when actively making ice. One important note is that this is not a freezer, so the ice needs to be transferred to a freezer for long-term storage, otherwise it will gradually melt in the basket. Once you get used to that workflow, it’s still very convenient for having fresh ice on demand. Overall, a practical appliance that performs reliably and is especially useful for anyone who goes through a lot of ice regularly!!

Terrific purchase. I got tired of making ice the old way with trays in the freezer. This things just keeps making ice all day long. Highly recommend. Didn't get the color I thought I ordered but the machine is so good I don't care. Excellent buy.

Works great!

It's a nice little machine and I use it a lot. I was led to believe that it was a great deal. Boy was I shocked when I had to pay duty fees! The cost ended up being really high and in fact $60 more than the same one I found in Victoria for $99. I didn't send it back because it would have cost me a whole pile more money to do that. I would not have been able to get reimbursement for that or the Duty Fees which adds up to more than the value of the one I found in Victoria. Next time I want to order something from Amazon, I will do my research to make sure I don't feel like I was ripped off.

What can I say except I love ice. I love ice in my water, I love making iced coffee, I love to pour rye whiskey over ice and then take my shot. I love the ice this device makes because it is so damn fast. Within 15 minutes of this device being turned on I already had a basket of ice and was turning out fruit smoothies for a couple of friends who were simply amazed as to how fast this item worked. As a Canadian living in the land of ice and snow you would think that I would come to hate the idea of having something like this to remind me of the horrible weather we sometimes are prone to, but I digress this item has changed my lifestyle and I am forever grateful because this very product to buy as a new item from Canadian Tire retails around $150. I saved $60 purchasing it through Amazon what an absolute gem of a product to have in any home office.
