Used this for repotting three of my bonsai that had come due for repotting. Its is well draining though I am not sure what nutrients they are talking about. I don’t care about the nutrients though as I use Osmocote for feeding my bonsai. This has soil like texture and should not be confused with gravel based bonsai mixes that some bonsai makers use. I personally prefer the soil like mix better as it is a bit more forgiving with watering frequency.
