I walk a lot... 10+ miles a day. Do you think these will stay in place without rubbing?

These might if your legs are different than mine. The first several blocks of walking were fine after which I could find no adjustment to keep them from slipping down my legs within 50' of walking. The pads did not rub or block circulation even after 5 hours of walking. The pads do have excellent cushioning and show no sign of slowly crushing with continual impact as others do. Note that the straps were barely long enough to fit my legs on my 5'9", 150 lb. frame.

No the plastic does not leave any marks on finished floors of any type.

No they do not. I have used them in houses and they rarely leave anything behind. The straps are a little cheap. But I use them heavily.
