Can you take the senor wheels out of this to replace the ones in an existing analog stick?

Yeah you can just buy these and remove the potentiometer to replace on the controller so you don’t have to go through all the Soldering.

does this work with nintendo switch pro controller?

I've never tried it with that controller, do some more research so that you don't waste your money
