Does this have a type d plug and 220 v supply at 50 hz suitable for hong kong?

Mine came with a 3 prong 120V 60 Hz plug

After I opened up the lever and the pod dropped all the way straight to the bottom instead of being caught by the pod puncher. What to do?

Once the pod is placed and the lever is actuated, you must pour an espresso or longo. If the lever is opened, the pod will fall through into the catch bib.
