Gryphon Bandsaw Kit for C40 Glass & Tile Saw

Perfect fit for my bandsaw. I would not recommend buying these ahead of time as they degrade overtime. I had purchased one before, and it fell apart from having sat around so long.

When I was researching the purchase of this kit I read one review that stated these were "expensive rubber bands". I'd like to add, The kit also includes bushings for the lower wheel. I have used my Gryphon C40 saw relentlessly for a year. I was so frustrated with the way it had been preforming recently I was ready to throw it out. The blade kept jumping off the wheel, it made a lot of noise and vibtration. It cut nothing successfully.After taking it apart, the "rubber bands" were worn out, a groove had been made into the top wheel and the bottom wheel wobbled. The bushings and new rubber made all the difference. The new runber on the top wheel covered the groove until the replacement Wheel arrived so I could continue to use the saw. Well worth the expense. Don't be cheap about replacing the guides either. The guides are a very important part of proper function. I'm learning...

This is a much needed part for my Gryphon C40 bandsaw. The rubber belts were quickly shipped to me and I was able to finish my project. Well at least panel number four.

I got this to rebuild an old saw that I bought used. It fits fine, but I haven’t been able to get it to align and work right. It’s not the problem with this part?

This kit worked well. The instructions were clearly written so no problems were encountered with installation. The bands are a bit of work to get on the wheels.

Purchased replacement belts and 2nd time I use it the bottom belt breaks in two. Clean break as if cut. My old belt last for years. Is the quality different?

Absolutely no support for this item from the manufacturer.

they are very hard to put on but it is possible with some work.
