**Q: how long does it stay hot?**
A: It stays hot for a good 15-20 minutes.  The weight of it helps it penetrate better.  Love it!

**Q: why put in plastic bag before putting in freezer?**
A: To prevent freezer burn and any alteration of the taste of foods from the freezer.

**Q: Do you also make this product without the herbs?**
A: Currently we only produce this version of heated neck wrap with the subtle scents of aromatherapy but are looking into releasing a scentless one in the near future.
