Centurion All-Media Primed Linen Panels - 11x14 3 Pack - 11oz Universal Primed Canvas Boards for Painting, Mounted on MDF Wood, Non-Warping, Ideal for Artists, Professionals, and Painters

This is the only canvas panel I use when painting oils or acrylics. They are recommended by many art instructors because of the texture and paint adhesion. I get the All-Media version because I sometimes use water mixable oils. The 9x12" size is great for plein air painting and buying stock frames. I don't use stretched canvases because they can easily get damaged, light shines through them, and I don't like the bounce.

I really like this panel. It has a nice smooth surface, but not too smooth. I will definitely order again.

These are my favorite primed panels to use. They were recommended to me by a portrait artist friend and I’ve been using them ever since. I haven’t only used them for oil painting so can’t say how they work with other media

Works well with acrylics, sturdy, smooth surface.

My first use of linen, and I like the smoother surface of linen. I had been using a fine grit Emory to take the edge off the canvas tooth, but the linen will be the go to now. The reasonable price of the Centurion is a big help.

These are the best, I use oil paints. Store them flat off the ground or they can warp.

I disliked the amount of packaging. There’s three panels shrink wrapped individually and then shrink wrapped again as a bundle. I wish they’d had tissue dividers and one shrink wrap, if dividers are truly necessary at all. But overall I like the quality of the board and will purchase more in the future. I’ve been using them to learn oil painting — the patchiness of the above painting is due to my being a beginner and not the board, which takes paint well without being overly absorbent, and shows a vibrant colour. I like these panels very much. They are reasonably priced and easy to work with. If you have to forfeit one, it’s not a big deal!

This product was delivered with just a plastic film around it all the edges were damaged, normally Amazon packages are over the top in cardboard, this was very disappointing you can’t sell a painting with damaged edges!!! Good product lousy packing

Excellent panels. Love how smooth they are. I’m an oil painter, but recently have been using open acrylics and find these panels work really well with acrylics.
