NPR Distributor never ships the item. They say it isn't their fault for shipping delays? WRONG! They are the distributor they are in charge of shipping! This is a scam! They create an invoice and shipping number. They collect the money every 30 days. It's money laundering 101. NPR DISTRIBUTOR IS THE SHIPPER! SCAM SCAM SCAM! REFUND!
