This is more like a “deskpad” at 31x12, which is a good size for me, but I also measured my space before purchase and this was essentially the largest I could go for my space. I suggest you do the same before purchase. It is solid black, one side is more rubberized while the other is smooth, so your mouse scrolls smoothly, your keyboard stays in place, and the other side keeps friction on the desk. The appearance is simple and offers a professional look. When you unroll it, there may be some areas not entirely flat at first. Just get a book or similar object or two with some weight to it to flatten it all out, and it’ll get better with use too. It is quite durable, and should hold up to daily use. Cleaning it is simple enough, but I do not recommend putting anything other than your mouse and keyboard on this deskpad. Food or drink will add the risks of ruining it. The mouse pads are good quality, and I really have no problems with the price. I am a little annoyed that the perfect 4 pack for my family left me without a mouse pad. As I am looking back, I see that there are only 3 mousepads in the photos, but it does say 4 mousepads in the title and in the description. Ideally, they would send me one more as a replacement
