cymbals and high hat and way too quiet. Honestly can't barely hear them. Why is this?

Will i be able to use this product with with garageband on macos?

I have the same exact problem when trying to use the Turbo's MIDI output with a number of different DAW and VST software packages. I worked extensively with a tech support person for the Addictive Drums 2 software, but to no avail. Since the HH pedal works correctly with the Alesis sound module, I can only guess there is a problem with the way it outputs the MIDI signal for the HH. It's a shame, because being able to use the MIDI output would open up a whole new realm of possibilities for this drum kit.
