Lovely Easter Pashka Form
The form is very sturdy and perfect for Easter Pashka. It can be a bit difficult at first putting the four sides together which slot into one another; if you press on the circular tab, it will ease the process. The recipe included with it would be suitable for at least three such form sizes (my recipe, very old, is similar to the one given and I always manage three Pashkas from it). Also, it is strong enough so there is no problem in putting a heavy weight on to help the draining of the Pashka. I suggest pushing the Pashka (a custard-curd cheese-candied-fruit concoction) firmly down into the form as you fill it; that way, the filling will take on the imagery of the Orthodox Cross and the "XB" (Christos Voskres!, Christ Is Risen!) quite distinctly when you turn it out of the form. It makes a very beautiful centrepiece to what St John Chrysostom termed "the Feast of Loving Kindness".

Easy to use
I liked this mold. Easy to use. Easy to assemble, easy to clean. I ordered a mold for 0.5 kg. And I really used 0.5 kg of cottage cheese (I made cottage cheese myself). But since the Pasca was very tasty, it was enough for only 4 people. So I ordered a larger mold!

Works great
Works great, but it is small. Wish they made a bigger one.

Durable, clear decorations in pashka
This works really well! The smaller size is plenty big enough for a family of four. I have used this for two Easters in a row, and it's great. The plastic is durable and stays in place while the Pashka is setting, but comes apart easily to get it out when you're ready. I didn't know if the indented decorations would show up, but was really pleased that they show up so clearly.

Don't waste your money or your time!
As an historian, I am very familiar with the very traditional Russian Easter dessert of Paska. Many decades ago, I made them every Easter using a clean terra cotta flowerpot (the whey needs to drain away from the cheese). Then I graduated to a hand-made wooden one with brass hinges and religious symbols carved on the interior which were revealed when the dessert is unmolded. However, this well=loved and well-used mold was beginning to show it's age, so I was delighted when I saw your red plastic ones! Unfortunately, I was disappointed and shocked when it arrived! First off, it is much too small to make the expected impression. But what's worsre is the material (brittle plastic not silicone). the "tabs" which should hold it together and the overall body of the mold are so brittle that they certainly would crack/break off when it is kept in the refrigerator (a necessary step) for many hours before serving. Then, to add insult to injury, the description said it comes with a recipe for the Pascha; are you ready for this?....indeed the recipe was included, BUT IT WAS TOTALLY IN RUSSIAN! This mold is an embarassing joke and you should discontine it, PLEASE!

Different.
This was taller than I expected compared to one I previously bought.

Enjoy your Paskha
Easy to assemble but a bit harder to take apart, however it does what it’s supposed to, my Paskha came out quite nice

Misleading. Much smaller than it seemed online - approx. the size of a coffee mug, when the recipe that comes with the mold calls for 2kg of cottage cheese...
