Everybody who does presentations needs one of these compact pointers. Laser pointers are great when presentations are projected on a screen, but are completely useless on LCD displays, which are becoming more commonplace. Then you need that old-fashioned pointer and this one is small enough to put in the case with your laser pointer so you have it when you need it.

This fits in my pocket tool kit perfectly for my job as a nurse. I can pull it out anytime to point at something on the computer without invading someone's personal space. Plus it usually gets a laugh.

This pen is 40cm long, not 50.

What a fun little tool for the price...we bought this to use for 4-H chicken showmanship and it worked like a charm. Stainless, sturdy, retracts to pocket size, and the hidden ball point pen tip was a surprise bonus.

Item arrives before schedule, it was exactly as described, I like the fact it looks like a pen. I use it to read my book. it fits perfectly in my pocketbook.

Okay so I love the idea of having it as a pen as well. That really suited my current needs at work. However the top easily spun off and I would need to adjust it consistently throughout the day. Eventually though by the second day the whole thing came apart and I don't even know where the second half is. (The entirety of the pen and pointer top). So if you plan on carrying it around everywhere, this probably isn't the thing for you. It could just be that mine was defective, but either way I was disappointed. I was excited to use it more. Edit: I returned the item for another one. Same thing happened. Won't be purchasing again.

Perfect size to be carried around in a pocket. It's the same size as a pen. Excellent for presentations. I never use the pen that is built in as it's just not practical, but I bought it to be a pointer, so it's not a problem!

I generally like this pocket pointer and can recommend it, but there's definitely room for improvement in its quality. My main observations are that the second section is notably harder to extend compared to the others, which can be a bit frustrating. Additionally, the pointer is slightly curved, and I would much prefer it to be perfectly straight for more precise pointing.
