Best product to get rid of a variety of insects
Works great for flea infestation around pets and humans. Strong insecticide for the yard. Always my go to product for insect elimination. Easy to use with built in measuring cup, no strong odor and safe for indoor use with proper dilution.

Excellent cost effective pest control solution; worked great on my Japanese beetle infestation!
I couldn't bring myself to pay for pest control service since we're trying to save money, so a friend recommended this as a great value pest control solution. I bought a 2-gallon sprayer and figured out the correct ratios to spread around the exterior of my house. It did seem to keep spiders away, but I had to keep applying every month or so, or after it rained. I also used this on my crepe myrtle tree which was infested with Japanese beetles, and it did the trick! The tree has bounced back already, just after a month or two. This is a fantastic product and this amount should last me at least a year or two with our small house and yard.

Works on my rose bushes, perennials, lawn for all bugs (doesn't kill bees or birds)***
I purchased the 32 ounce concentrate back in October 2023 after reading many reviews. I live in NC where we have tons of crane flies that lay their larvae in our grass. I also purchased a 2 gallon ELECTRIC spray tank (got tired of needing to pressurize my other one every 5 minutes--well worth the price and time saving). I wanted something that wouldn't injure bees or birds. After reading through the very confusing directions on what concentration to use in certain areas, I just decided to use the 1ml/gallon. I sprayed every inch of my Bermuda grass, the entire perimeter of our home, the faux stone on our home, around each entry door of our home, our rosebushes, perennials (azaleas, hibiscus, gardenias, daylillies, etc). It has now been 6 weeks since I spent 2 solid days doing only the outside of our home. We have zero grass bugs, flies, spiders, ticks, aphids or crane flies! Hooray! I can now lay down on our lawn and play with my dog without having bugs crawl all over me. Bees, hummingbirds and other birds are all doing well. ***I made sure to spray only the bug sensitive perennials BEFORE any blooms appeared as well as the mulch around the plant to kill the beetle larvae from emerging. I have not done any internal house spraying, but I haven't seen any bugs or spiders inside at all. Very happy with result so far. I'm not sure how long the results will last, (has already lasted 6 weeks and they said "the results will vary," but a 32 ounce concentrate did 5,000 sq feet of lawn, external house, stone, etc. and I have about 8 ounces left. All my neighbors are now looking at this product too! Less bugs for us equal less frogs and snakes attracted to our yard so that our kids can play worry-free.

Mostly Effective, But Wishing for Longer Lasting Power
I've been using this product for a while now, and overall, I'm pretty satisfied, earning it a solid 4-star rating. As an Item Form: Spray, it's easy to mix and apply, and the 16 Fluid Ounces certainly make a substantial amount of ready-to-use spray – it really does cover a huge area. I've found it genuinely effective at controlling a good range of Target Species of Insects. Indoors, it does a commendable job on pests like fleas and ants, significantly reducing their presence. Outdoors, when treating ornamentals, trees, and shrubs, I've noticed a clear decrease in insect activity, which is great for keeping my plants healthy. The fact that it's designed for use both indoors and outdoors is a major plus, offering good versatility. I also appreciate that it can be tank mixed with other pesticides, which adds to its flexibility. However, the main reason it's not a 5-star review is that while it works to some extent, it's not 100% effective in completely eradicating all pests, particularly the more persistent ones. More importantly, I wished the effect would last for a longer duration after treatment. I find myself needing to reapply a bit more frequently than I'd ideally like to maintain optimal control. If the residual effect were stronger, this product would be an absolute home run.

The ants have been evicted
The ants decided my home looked cozy and decided to move in. They targeted multiple weep holes around my house and invited all their friends to the housewarming party. This wasn't the first time but it was the first time they came in such large numbers. Luckily for me, they were nice enough to show me their entry points. I knew I needed to crash their party quickly and thoroughly. I used multiple products and they worked so well together. I used gel bait at the weep holes(their entrance). They loved the bait and gladly shared it with all their friends. I used this product(compare n save) in my pump sprayer all around the foundation and weep hole entrances after giving them some time to share the gel bait. I used another product indoors near baseboards, entry areas, etc. I like using a mix of different products for outdoors and indoors. I've found certain ones work better outside/inside, leave no residue, last longer, etc. I've seen no ants near where I applied this. Looks like I ruined the housewarming party, ooops. I like the bottle and easy measuring. It dries quickly and seems to keep working for a good amount of time. I reapply every 2.5 months so I know it will stay performing well. The price for this is unbeatable. The ants may hate it but I love it. I highly recommend it if you have unwanted guests (the insect kind).

Works great and a great value price per ounce.
Better priced than many of the others - just as effective. It only leaves white residue on sprayed areas when you don't dilute it properly (instructions on bottle). I worked for a lawn company for a summer and and we used the same chemical (much larger drum) mixed in the tanks on the back of the truck. This was what they sprayed the yards with to control ticks, fleas, mosquitoes (they sprayed the trees and outside walls of house as well). Be careful around your pets and make sure you do your own research. It's effective. I add some dish soap (do a web search for mixing amount) to the mix for the yard to take care of the army worm outbreak as well.

Concentrate Insect Control: Works for a Month, Then It’s a Bug Party Again
I bought the Concentrate Indoor and Outdoor Insect Control with high hopes. The label promised to keep those pesky bugs at bay for a long time, both inside and outside the house. So, I mixed it up, sprayed it around, and felt like I had finally found the ultimate weapon in my battle against insects. For about a month, everything was perfect. The bugs disappeared. I felt like the king of the insect-free kingdom, basking in my new-found pest-free glory. Then, a month passed. And, well, it’s like the insects read the fine print and decided the vacation was over. I walked outside, and bam! Ants. Spiders. Mosquitoes. It was like the bugs had RSVP'd to a "welcome back" party, and everyone was invited. The outdoor space was crawling with life, and not the kind I wanted. Indoors wasn’t any better. The bugs didn’t exactly stage a dramatic return, but they were definitely creeping back in, like unwanted relatives after a wedding. I had to spray again—only to realize that the "up to 12 weeks of protection" claim was about as solid as a politician’s promise during an election year. So, yeah, it works for a while—like, a solid month of bug-free bliss—but then it’s like the spray just loses all its power, and the insects are back in full force. It’s like you’re renting peace from the bugs instead of owning it outright. Honestly, if you're looking for a permanent solution to your insect woes, this isn’t it. It’s more of a temporary truce. In conclusion, the Concentrate Insect Control does work—just not for the long haul. If you’re okay with turning your yard or house into a bug-free zone for a month and then repeating the process every few weeks, it might be worth it. But if you want something that actually sticks around and gets the job done without having to reapply every few weeks, you might want to keep looking. After all, I can only deal with so many insect reunions.

Bug Apocalypse in a Bottle — This Stuff Works!
I live in a bug-prone area (Texas humidity = roach heaven), and I was losing the battle — ants, spiders, fleas, even some wasps hanging around like they pay rent. I got this after a friend swore by it, and now I’m swearing too — just not the same way 😆 Mixed it up in a pump sprayer (1 oz per gallon), hit the baseboards, windows, and the whole perimeter of the house. Within a few hours, dead bugs everywhere. It’s like a massacre happened on my porch. It doesn’t stink like some sprays, dries clear, and doesn’t bother my dogs once it’s dry. Best part? It keeps working. I haven’t seen a live ant in weeks. Not even the bold ones that walk across the kitchen counter like they own it. If you’ve got a pest problem and don’t want to spend $$$ on pest control services, this is a no-brainer. Just use it safely, and don’t let it near fish or water runoff — it’s serious stuff. But damn... it works.
