Works just fine
Works like it should and to me is a great help. It is better if you apply a little Vaseline to yourself before you insert.

Guy that didn't want to buy but needed it
I never write extensive reviews but I felt I needed to share. I'm a guy that never thought I would need to insert anything in the back side. If you need to insert suppositories look no further. I was very uncomfortable at the thought of having to use suppositories to treat my ulcerative colitis. The suppository was one of the larger ones and it fit perfectly in the applicator. I did allot of research and tried a few brands. This one is easy to use and mild in discomfort. My wife thinks i am a baby for my using these applicators. As a squeamish guy, these applicators made it easier to bear. Seriously buy these, they work! Oh and use a little KY jelly.

These are okay, but could be much better. Please listen Sephure.
Suppository applicators aren't exactly "rocket science", but they resemble it. With the tube shaped contact area of this applicator, I found part of my very valuable medication was being lost, so I improvised a better answer. I have been a refill ink practitioner, and Canon refill kits come with silicone plugs. Granted the cap flange on the plugs isn't as large as I would prefer, but at least they cover the tube to the outer edges and cap the open end of the tube. I have used several of these, and the success rate has been nothing short of wonderful. Very little lost medication, and no terrible difficulty in using the crumbly medical product with these applicators. The medication is calcium disodium (EDTA) in a cocoa butter base, and it's VERY difficult to use, but the benefits are life changing, for me. I use either superglue gel formula or a silicone sealant product to insert the inkjet silicone caps into the applicator tube plungers and secure for the application. For the manufacturer of this applicator, I would suggest a similarly shaped cap, but with an enlarged insertion lug to create a snap-in effect, and approximately .125" (one eighth inch) larger flange, which could be pressed back into the tube with simple finger pressure, until the suppository is mounted and "launched". Product loss would be even less than what I am experiencing, which is pretty minimal, now... but when you pay exorbitant prices for medication, any loss is unacceptable.

Something every household should have on hand in the event you need to use hemmorhoid cream or suppositories.

Not easy to use
It was difficult to maneuver. Almost need another hand. Also, it hurt a little when inserting. Made me bleed a little too.
