Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Scour Pad

These scouring pads were just what this medical office was looking for to aid in prepping our surgical equipment for the sterilization process. They are tough enough get the work done, good sized, but not too thick, allowing us to cut to the appropriate size needed per job. Fresh pads are also used for other tough cleaning jobs around the office. As an office manager of a busy medical office, I generally do not write product reviews. However, when I learned we received them from a small business and not a entrepreneurial conglomerate I just had to take a moment to do so. I personally encourage you to recognize and support small businesses, like this one. Whether for business or for home use, if you are looking for a good set of scouring pads, these are it!

Ordered because picture and description talk about the pad and they are not pads they are sponges! Nothing like what is in the picture . They are not 6x9 in as described. They are the 4x2 sponges! Can't return either

This is by far the best price that I have been able to find on these sponges including buying them locally at Sam's Club or Costco. These are individually wrapped which makes them great for packing in a camping box or storing in a drawer or for reselling them. I asked the seller to add the measurement of the sponge to the description just so buyers know that they are not buying something half the size or something. (The size is the standard 4.5 inch X 2.7 inch X .6 inches thick or 114mm X 68mm X 15mm thick.) If you have not used these before, the yellow side works great even with mild scrubbing and slides well for wiping countertops or stoves. But the green side seems to be just the right amount of scrubbing friction to clean stubborn messes but not scratch delicate surfaces like many sponges or scrub pads. The yellow side does tend to deteriorate after a few weeks which is the only reason I do not give them 5 stars.

This is better and cheaper than buying the smaller weaker scouring pads Last a longer and can be cut to smaller sizes if needed.

These are very useful products but I find them much lighter than the originals we just ran out of. I'd say about 1/3 lighter. Not as abrasive either since I have to go over the kitchen sink quite a bit more than the older ones. (That may be a good thing but I'd rather have the older product back (got that at Costco). We usually cut them in half because they are more useful in that size for normal tasks. If I was cleaning large areas then they would be better.

I usually buy these at Wal-Mart and they're not cheap. When I was these on Amazon, I figured I would buy them, cut them into thirds and save lots of money. I was absolutely right!!!! They're big enough to cut into thirds or half. Be careful not to use your good scissors when cutting, they will get dull. All in all, I'll be scrubbing for quite a while for just pennies.

Just what I was wanting you cannot buy these like this in stores.You can cut these in half to make twice as many. Great value
