The flavor, and the effectiveness.The flavor is ok but not excellent. But many people buy energy drinks that taste like gasoline, and accept the flavor because they work.The effectiveness is where these nuggets really shine. If you’re somewhere and can’t eat, like at work, or you’re where there’s no good nutrients, like the mall, one will help you hold off until you can get ahold of some real food.I like to keep a couple in my bag, for ‘emergencies’ but they’re also great for camping/hiking energy snacks, and for bypassing unhealthy snacking in the evening.They’re also good for those times you have a meal and can’t figure out how to get the needed fat in.Sometimes I drop one into coffee and let it melt, and then enjoy it. But it doesn't greasily stuff me, either. Took one bite and had to toss it in the trash. Very salty and a texture I just can not seem to get passed.
