Great item I installed it in my home cinema, easy to fit ( instructions were all in Spanish but I watched the video on YouTube. Just Double check your measurements before you cut anything.

I installed two pairs of these 3 years ago & they have performed perfectly ever since. I open or close them several times throughout the day & never even a glitch. You need to follow the instructions carefully and they do take a little time to set up. I missed something somewhere & have the buttons on the (very responsive) remote controls the wrong way around (ie open instead of close) but it makes no difference to the smooth operation. After 3 years of use, I decided to go back to the instructions to reverse the settings to the correct behaviour, & this is what prompted me to write this review now. I can't recommend these highly enough & would get more throughout the house if the wife let me.

The documentation in English the came with the item directed me to a website that could not be found. The leaflet that was in the packaging that had a lot of EU languages bar English had a website on which once I found the language pulldown gave me access to some excellent instructions in English. One oddity once i got it together was the open button closed the curtains and the close button open opened them!?!? My disabled mum is happy anyway.

Producto eficaz y muy útil. Recomendable. Ya es la segunda vez q vuelvo a instalarlo. Esta vez sin embargo, el punto a mejorar es en relación al tema de la configuración telemática del mando. Nos dio un tanto de guerra. No éramos capaces de configurar correctamente la apertura/cierre con la orden del mando (la primera vez no tuvimos ningún problema en este aspecto). DESTACAR el servicio Post Venta. Tuvimos que contactar con ellos tanto de la primera vez como ahora. Primero para remplazar una pieza y ahora con el tema del mando. Amables, rápidos y eficaces. Por último, como consejo, tomar atención a la hora de ponerlas en el carro de la compra de fijaros si son las que tienen Wi-Fi o no. Las queríamos con Wi-Fi, como las primeras, pero estas no llevan. Pensábamos que sí, pero nos dimos cuenta una vez instaladas y configurándolas. Culpa nuestra. De ahí el consejo. P.D.: Nada q no se pueda solucionar con un mando universal inteligente.

Eine für diese Schiene aktuelle Bedienungsanleitung fehlt leider. Dafür wurde meine Anfrage sehr schnell und freundlich (in Deutsch) beantwortet.
