Cheap cover, poor vendor support *by J***N on September 8, 2019* Buyer Beware! This cover looks nice, but is poorly made and needs feature improvements to work well. The vendor is not Amazon and will blackmail you if you ask to return it. They told me that they would only refund my money if I first write a positive review and then ship them back to China. Amazon needs to protect us from these vendors. Here are the two issues: the cover hinge is not sturdy enough to hold the kindle without sagging and the cover does not hold itself open.
