The customer service we received was brilliant, kept us up to date, very friendly and understanding throughout the whole process. The shelves instruct no upright books only flat probably due to them being held together by four long screws either side. It was difficult to put together and I don't think the instructions were that clear. No numbers on wood panels l, a couple of scews missing. The glass is a real pest. It's not incredibly tall but it's good go what I wanted.Overall a good product but a real pain to put together and I am not diy shy. It looks smart though.
