My husband ordered this small folding shovel for convenience, and I have to say, it’s been a total game changer for us. It’s compact and lightweight, making it perfect for all those on-the-spot projects, whether that’s planting flowers in the garden, taking it camping, or just keeping it in the car for emergencies. It folds up easily and the carrying case it comes with is sturdy and fits perfectly inside a toolbox or even in the trunk without taking up much space at all. One of the things I really love about it is how versatile and user-friendly it is. My mom has some mobility issues and can’t manage those big, heavy shovels anymore. She’s been using this little folding shovel for all of her gardening work and it’s been an absolute lifesaver. It’s lightweight but still durable enough to get the job done, which means she doesn’t have to strain herself or rely on anyone else to help her. The price is incredibly reasonable for the quality and convenience you get. Honestly, for something so simple, it has a ton of uses and has made life so much easier for both my husband and my mom. Great shovel. Easy to assemble and very sturdy. Bought this for my 11yr old grandson to use for his outside adventures and I was very impressed . He like the compact size , easy to carry and that it was all metal.

WOW! I just received what I like to call a “Survivalist’s Survival Shovel.” This military multi-tool Folding Shovel is like a pocket full of silver – love having it. It’s a complete fold-able shovel with lots of additional equipment packaged in the handles. I needed all this equipment to supplements my get-out of trouble gear, but figured I’d have to buy all this independently. Discovered there more there than I hoped for when I opened it. I drive a CJ-7 so space is limited, but I still need functional gear in case I get stuck, and the gear has got to work. All the accessories mean I’m good. The handles are actually thick tubular stock and assembled it has a great solid feeling. The handles have grips so I can lock it in. I dug a little, split some 3” logs, used the pick and ice breaker last weekend. The LED light it has throws out a bright beam and used AA batteries, which is all I carry [KISS principle for survival]. The ferro rod threw a shower of sparks to start my camp fire, and the whistle blew loud. Love the button compass. I checked the window breaker and driver bits but not had a chance to test them yet. Everything works like Bob’s Your Uncle! I can store additional stuff inside the handles if needed, and I plan to. I just need to get some round containers, fill them and slip-em in [think back-up fire starter materials, .22LR, duct tape, other…]. I’d rate this a top item for anyone heading outdoors or needing a compact rugged multi-tool folding shovel. Can’t realty find an issue with it except I forgot to mention it comes w/a wire saw, knife and packs into a small canvas pack. This thing has more possibilities than I can’t imagine. Rating: 5 brews out of 5.

I got this as a Christmas gift and I love it. I took it to the beach for a day trip with my family and used it to look for shells and to pick up sea trash. I love everything about this shovel. It is something that was missing from my bag of tricks. As a naturalist this works for me. I do a lot outdoors and you can never have too many tools that double as different tools. This helped me with beach clean up and shell searching. This has so many uses. It is light but it is tough and a strong little shovel. When I got it I took it out to use the ax and the saw blade and the pick; they work like a dream. The pouch is the only thing I would say that is a bit flimsy but that is such a minor detail since it holds the shovel rather nicely. It is perfect for foraging and when looking for shells and fossils. A prefect gift for any rockhound, camper, naturalist, or hiker who loves foraging. Over all I am very pleased and thrilled with this one. Got a good load of shells with it yesterday. It was so much fun to take it for it's maiden voyage.

Got this for my job where I have to dig small holes sometimes for accessing easement for my equipment, it’s a little small, but, if I’m not needing to dig a massive hole does a great job for storage and carry-ability. 10/10 would recommend

12/23/2019 Dear Winwiz Direct: I received the Yeacool Portable Folding Shovel Pickax from your firm over the weekend. Good prompt shipping by the way. A few problems that I want to tell you about. I went through the kit, took the thing apart out of the black pouch, and then put the shovel unit together slowly, as I had a little difficulty figuring out how some of the pieces fit together. But I eventually got it together and articulated all of the pieces too. Problems: The internal knife that is screwed to the inside of one of the handles has been badly damaged during manufacturing. Both sides of this knife blade are scored/nicked badly. Please send me a replacement knife insert. It looks like whomever machined the knife during the sharpening process did damage during that sharpening process. The shovel unit itself looks formidable and appears to be highly utilitarian too. But there were no directions anywhere in the kit, nor was there an overall illustrated parts breakdown of the piece parts for the entire item. Why is that ? So I compared the visuals in the Amazon sales ad to what I actually received, and I did not see any fishhooks or the needle, lead sinkers for fishing, nor any tinder, etc. None of that stuff. Where are those items in the kit ? Is there going to be a separate bag or a separate shipment for those ? There wasn't any paracord unit in the kit either, and the thermal blankets in the ad were not in the kit. Maybe I actually received a different type of Yeacool shovel than the one I ordered? So kindly advise what happened here. I generally like how the shovel unit is designed, but my customer satisfaction at this point is in a word, disappointed. I am not going to return the unit yet, nor will I do any post buying evaluations of the Yeacool buying experience until I have a chance to reach you on these matters. I believe that this situation can be remedied. Overall, I'd say the design and strength of the shovel is like a nine, or even 9.5 on a 10 point scale, but I am confounded as to the missing stuff. Please advise soonest. After I ordered the shovel, I thought about it , and I intend to buy one of these kits for my two other brothers and wives for their cars, as this could dig you out of the snow/ice if necessary. Please check out the video to get a full overview. In this written portion I'm just going to highlight a few things. First, I really like this multifunction shovel. I've found a bunch of uses for it already and that doesn't even include the usefulness in a survival or emergency situation. Yeacool packs a ton of different features into this tool. All of them packed conveniently into a shovel. As I mentioned in the video, its is large and feels durable. I've used it some and to this point I've had no issues with its durability. Just remember, it is a multifunction tool. It's not purely a shovel or purely a knife or purely a spear, but it can be used for each of these functions. None of those tools is as good as one designed solely for one function but for a multitool designed for many functions, it works great. I can't compare it to any other companies products of similar nature but I can say that this one is good and its features work as designed and as expected. I was hesitant about Yeacool's stuff at first because I didn't know anything about them but I have two of their products now and both have been excellent. Hope the review helps.
