These shelves are great! Out of the box, they did have an odor that eventually goes away. No issues at all "putting them together" and quality is good overall. I hung two shelves in my office at work with 5" pots w/ plants and have received many compliments on them.

Love these! I bought several over a year ago for outside. I sprayed a coat of sealant on the wood to protect from outdoor elements and they have held up beautifully!

This is a nice piece to add conversation and aesthetics to a space. It's sturdy with an 8 lb plant on it. It didn't come with any mounting hardware and it was pale as a geisha, so it gets 4 stars for that. I used a dark wood stain and a small paintbrush to stroke a few lines across it and give it some contrast and uniqueness. Good purchase indeed!

These are perfect! I have seen reviews complaining that the shelves are uneven. It depends upon how you tie the knots, since you do that yourself. If it is uneven, untie and retie your knot(s)! We have cats and one of them is a relentless eater of plants, whether they are toxic to cats or not, he doesn't care . Lol! I really miss having plants so this is a very welcome solution. I also ordered some extenders and ceiling hanging hook kits, our ceiling is really high in that room. Very happy with the results, especially for the inexpensive cost. Yay!

Ok purchase. The shelf needs to be painted or sealed to avoid water damage. Wish the ropes were long as it hangs very close to ceiling and it’s hard to remove plant for watering. It also hangs crooked,
