I'm an Amazon junkie, so I'll admit that I read the reviews on this prior to purchasing it-so I was more than aware that it was smaller than most people would have expected. Honestly, I'm actually very happy with the purchase-it holds our keys perfect, and I had my fiance' set it up by the door (which he did in just a few minutes, by the way) so that we could put outgoing mail for the following day in the basket. It is a perfect place to keep our mail organized, as opposed to the kitchen countertops : It looks great, goes perfect with our kitchen decor-and comes with all hardware needed to install (except the screwdriver). Once assembled, the product is extremely sturdy, I do not feel as if stuffing it full of mail or putting a lot of keys on it will cause it to falter. Small word of advice: I wouldn't put this up right over a trash can. You might accidentally drop your keys, or a bill in there that needs to be sent off...just a thought. I almost made this mistake, but then thought about it right before. Yes, that should be common knowledge-but I almost made that exact same mistake : -Hannah Update: 13 Feb 2016. I still have this exact model, and was actually searching for another key holder for another door. This is still put to (Great) use every day, and I still have absolutely ZERO complaints. I am a person on a tight schedule, so after hand-writing the checks that can't be done via automatic withdrawal, I make it a point to put my outgoing mail in this next to the door to ensure I don't forget it on the way out in the morning. I work in a prison mailroom (so if I forget to put it in the mailbox, it's no biggie-I can just keep in in my purse and take it with the outgoing mail. I still love this, but keep in mind that if you don't screw it on tightly enough (read: close) to the wall, it WILL be lopsided if there is more weight on one side than the other. No biggie, just something to keep in mind. Again, I love this and it has worked great through the years with absolutely no sign of wear or tear. Great way to stay organized and keep keys in plain sight. The benefit of having this at your front door and place mail that usually ends up on a table or misplaced somewhere else later is worth it. It can hold a good amount of mail and looks nice on the wall. Easy to install, very durable and holds a good amount of weight. Definitely worth the price for the convenience.

I like this mail holder. It holds many keys, and matches my baker's rack in the kitchen. The size is just right for holding the mail, and not so big it will become messy. The scroll work is cute and I only took off one star because I would like to mount it on my newly refaced cabinet, but cannot because it cannot be drilled. I would like to have a way to mount it without marring the surface, but alas I'll have to find another place to hang it.

I was just browsing through items on Amazon and this letter and key holder caught my eye. It is very elegant looking and being a type of ornamental design, it is sturdy and strong. Black usually goes with anything. It is a little smaller than I expected, but overall, it fits most of your ordinarily sized letters and keys. Assembly was very easy. We have it placed on one nail in the middle, but if you put a few keys on one side, it will tilt, so nailing on both sides works best. Highly recommended.

A little over six months ago my fiance and I moved into our new house and had nothing to put my keys on so we would just throw them in a drawer. You know the drawer...the one that every other misc. item gets thrown into and becomes like a black hole. So I finally put my foot down to get some organization in our life and bought this key holder. Perfect fit for our household and it even has a bonus storage area for incoming/outgoing mail or whatever other uses you can think of. It's also nice having plenty of key hooks for all of our keys, since there are 3 cars between my fiance and i, as well as work keys. The keyholder itself is also really sturdy and a breeze to hang. It's a great deal for the price you pay. Who knew something as simple as a key holder would bring a little zen into my life? :)

My wife and I are huge fans of this thing! It adds a nice touch to the entryway and really helps us stay organized. We purchased this to hang random things on and to put outgoing mail in. My wife really likes to stay organized, so this was a Christmas present to help with that. I purchased this almost 4 years ago now, (Dec. 2012) and haven't had a single problem with it. I didn't expect to have many problems since this is pretty straightforward, but sometimes quality is not good on less expensive home goods. This one is definitely worth the value though. I am a fan of the decorative element it adds and of course my wife loves the usefulness. When attaching this to the wall we have used two different ways at different times. I have either hung it up by the middle where the two circular pieces come together or the outsides. I personally prefer to hang it by the outsides because if you only use one screw through the middle, it has a tendency to sway to the left or the right, depending how heavy the keys are and which hooks they are on. Overall, we are extremely please with this and will purchase again if anything happens to our current one.
