I find it less acidic and a much more rounded, tomatoey flavour. This could well be because it contains more tomatoes. Comparing it with the Less sugar and salt variety. This has 200g of tomatoes per 100g of ketchup, compared with 174g per 100g for the reduced sugar type. Sugar wise. This is 4.4% sugar. All of which are naturally occurring in the tomatoes. The reduced sugar variety is 11% sugar. (Which is approximately half that of the normal ketchup). Salt wise, the reduced salt variety is just under 1% salt, with this 'no added salt' version having 1/20 of 1%. So negligible you can basically regarded it as zero.
