I was really confused when they arrived in a large box but packaged in clear plastic wrap having been rolled into a really tight oblong pill shape. I took one out of the packaging, and it was so lumpy. I have been fluffing it for a while, and it is still VERY lumpy. Has this happened to no one else? I don’t see this complaint on anyone’s review yet, so I’m hoping these pillows just need time to regain their shape. If they do, I’ll come edit my review. Otherwise, I’m going to return these. They could have easily put them in a clear bag, one on top of the other, to mail them to me in the same box they used this time. They were rolled up tightly and it took about 2 months for them to lay down correctly.
