Waterproofing Made Easy
Every time I get a new terra cotta pot or garden statue I coat it in this stuff. Keeps pots going for years because they don't have the freeze/thaw expansion of an untreated water-logged pot. It prevents moss from growing on the statuary so everything looks new...this can be a negative if you want things to have an aged look, but I prefer good things to last a long time.

Seems to work well
One of those things that’s hard to know what’s in it, how long it will last, or how it will perform against other products. Not like paint you can see and touch. Kind of like flossing your teeth, you just do it because you’re supposed to. Went on easy, seemed to penetrate well, and surfaces beads water like crazy, at least in the short term.

Recommended.
I have lost my mind over water seeping from the corner of my basement ceiling in the area under a stone porch post.. Re-chinked several times, Re-graded around the porch, even had foundation work ( $$$!). Then a friend suggested a stone sealant. OMG where has this been all my life!. It was easy to spray on and has worked like a charm so far. Quick drying. I think that when I reapply, I will use something that dries with a shine but I could not be happier with it's function

Picture Evidence that it DOES WORK!!
Used the All-Purpose Masonry & Concrete Cleaner from the same company, let it sit for 15 - 20 min, then pressure washed it - No scrubbing. Then waited for it to dry. I then applied this to my front porch and 1st section of the walkway to seal it, just to try it out. Waited 5 - 10 min, then sprayed another coat. First rain came after about 3 days since applying it and I take a look outside. I see beading on the bricks and the first section on the walkway. When dry, the walkway looks just as bright as the other sections. When it rains, you can clearly see the difference. I also wondered if someone walked on the walkway, cause I see footprints. I then realized it's my footprints, as when I applied the 2nd coat, the walkway was still wet so some got attached to the bottom of my shoes. Now, I have to pressure wash the whole walkway and seal it. I'm mad I create more work for myself, but the product indeed works as sold! I want to seal everything with this now! We'll see how long it last. But, for now, i couldn't be more happier!

Not sure
Hard to tell if product worked. Obviously I have a bigger leak issue than I thought.

Effective of honed countertops
I used this for my dark grey honed quartz counter tops. I needed something for my honed counter tops that wouldn’t give it a sheen or shine. The builders “sealed” them before we moved in, but they must have done a bad job because it was left with ugly streaks everywhere that wouldn’t come out. After looking at reviews of all the products out there I opted for a concert sealant to keep the matte look. First I cleaned the counter with a sealant stripper, which didn’t get the steaks out. I decided to go ahead and seal them anyway, hoping the sealant would just even out the color. I put a decent latter on and then another five minutes later. I was alarmed as is first started to dry. It was drying in weird patters and patches, leaving white marks. Even the next morning it wasn’t all the way. After it dried l, I cleaned it with Method counter cleaner and it took out the stealing while keeping it sealed. The water now breads and doesn’t leave water marks and greasy fingerprints are ready to wash off.
