As long it is tight screwed on air tight top, 5 years or longer.

Can this product make chicken taste like pork?

I wouldn't say it makes it taste like pork. It's used by Outback restaurants for their pork tenderloin along with a fabulous sauce. I like it but you do have to use quite a bit. Really cover the pork in it.

Great stuff! I really love it on any pork I fix. Serving size: 1/4 tsp Total Fat: 0 Sodium: 115 mg Total Carb: 0g Protein: 0g As you can tell from the label, there is nothing but spices in this spice mix. I haven't tried any of his other spice mixes, but if this one is an example, they all should be just as good.
