Will these still come in the original “Bulby” glass bottles as pictured?

mine did. There are also some that come in plastic bottles but I like the glass.

Yes. That is how I received mine.

Is it 4 bottles or 16?

There are 4 bottles, each of them with 10 fl.oz. But I discovered now in Giant new a huge bottle with 59.1 fl.oz. i.e. 1.75 liter and I went with it. Great!
