**Q: I usually make a Spirutein / soy milk shake after my morning ride- around an hour. Is this a good replacement for that?**
A: Thanks for the question!  The Skratch Labs Sport Recovery Drink mix contains a complete milk protein using real milk so it is not vegan. This is directly from the Skratch Labs FAQ section:  "Milk protein is made up of whey and casein and is a complete protein containing all of the essential amino acids needed for human growth and function. Complete milk protein is amongst the highest quality protein for humans, better than either whey protein alone, casein protein alone, or any vegetable protein source. We choose not to deconstruct what nature created unlike other companies that use a partial protein in their recovery drink mixes."  Hope this helps!

A: I’ve mixed mine in the morning and then drank it later in the day. I do keep it cool, I wouldn’t let it get too warm. It should be fine.

Oh man, the horchata flavor is really good. Just tried it for the first time after a shorter run. I did 10oz of water to 1 scoop in a mason jar, shook it up with a lid on and then put ice in it. Shaking with the lid was perfect, no clumps. 👌🏻
