I ordered this product and not all of the pieces came in the package, Why doesn't anyone respond to my emails about this problem?

I have also experienced this. I have sent back two sets because they only had three pieces, not four. It seems like Amazon and this company would not like to pay all the postage coming and returning. Any body listening???

Honestly probably not I bought them for my 95 Honda shadow 1100 and they did not fit I felt like I wasted my money I hope this helps
