Ring Flash, Macro LED Flash Light with LCD Display Adapter Rings and Flash Diffusers for Nikon Canon and Other DSLR Cameras (8 adapters)

I mostly take stills of "still image" material. This flash puts the light where I want it and how I want it. While my improvements have been marginal, they are better. The rest is all up to me to improve my photography skills. I am using it with my Nikon D3200 with the 18-55 and 50-200 lenses and it works great. It took me a bit to figure out how to mount it. I'm now combining this with an ND filter, which is helping with silver-colored items to bring out more details.I originally bought this because I was going to get 50% of this back after I wrote a review. Well, I can't review something in 10 days, especially when I'm extremely busy. I honestly don't care if I get the partial refund as I'm completely happy with the price/performance of this item. I am glad I was lured in by the offer in the first place or I never would have thought to try this out. I'm glad it worked out! I'm not going to bother them about the offer. Unfortunately my kids decided to try to break my camera and they failed on that but they broke the flash instead. I am now buying a second one without hesitation and am waiting for it to arrive. The upside is I can leave a mounting ring on both lenses, which helps on my photo sessions of skill toys.My only issue is I can't use my lens cap with this on. I'm trying to find a convenient solution for this. Still, I'm otherwise completely pleased with this entire system.

A great piece of equipment for shooting macro images - so easy to set up and use. The price is perfect. It comes with adaptors to fit just about any lens you might have in your photo gear bag. Highly recommend this if you want to shoot macro and get the light on your subject.

This is an excellent camera accessory that works right out of the box. Operation is straightforward and easy to use, and assembly is very easy. It included 8 lens adapters from 49 to 77mm, a foot for the hotshoe (to use off camera), also clear, white, blue, and amber rings. The LEDs are not super bright, so it does not look like a speedlight; however, the light fill is undeniable. In my images, the first photo is with the clear ring, and the second photo is without the ring flash at all. I had no problems getting the ring to fire, even while holding the shutter button down for rapid shots. The body feels like something that will hold up fine in a studio setting, but might not necessarily be an item you regularly take out into the field. The only thing that's really noteworthy is when using the L or R mode, you must hold the ring so the bottom is actually facing down. The ring turns quite easily on the adapters. For the price, this is an awesome and amazing addition to studio setup, this is a must have for close up photography / video and anyone shooting macro.* The photos were taken on a Canon 5D mark II in aperture priority with a Tamron 85mm f1.8 VC SP lens wide open.

The material seems very cheaply made.

I have Nikon D750 - This does not work as a flash for me, but I am satisfied because I just use it in Light mode. I just got it today - took some stills with the continuous light with good results. If you want a flash I would say look for something else, but If the light mode works for you, you will probably like this. Two sample photos - one without any adjustments and one with auto adj in Lightroom. I only used the ring light alone. Normally I would use more light.

This is a fun addition I've added to my collection. Whether it's up close or from afar the ring light produces a nice, subtle glow to my pictures. It's also a fraction of the price of huge setups AND portable. I also love that it comes with a bunch of different lens adapters so I can use it with different lenses and cameras. Definitely one of my better purchases for camera accessories.

THE ONE GREAT THING IS WHEN TAKING CLOSE UP PICTURES THE FLASH HELPS MAKE PHOTOS SHARP AND CLEAR... TOOK SEVERAL PICTURES OF ITEMS IN MICRO MODE,,,, THEY CAME OUT FANTASTIC !!!!! ANYBODY WHO BUY'S THIS FLASH I'M SURE WILL BE HAPPY,, ALSO THE PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE.....HARLAN

This "adapter" ring that comes with the product, doesn't allow the flash/light to stay clipped and is very loose on the lens. Please FIX THIS! Nikon D3400 and your product is crap and cheap plastic.

This item arrived safe and well packaged.Inside the box are a huge amount of accessories! The hot shoe attachment that will sit on any camera with a standard hot shoe connector. This box takes the 4x AA batteries required to power the light. This connects through a curly cable to the LED ring. This makes up the main flash/light part of the item. The ring has 48 separate LEDs set into it. These create a great amount of light, especially if shooting something very close - for example, I take photos of LEGO! Not every shoot would require all of this light directly as it's produced from the bulbs, so also included are 4 different filters which not only diffuse the light, but also adjust the colour temperature. This can make some interesting lighting effects.To connect this ring to your camera lens, their are 8 different sized connectors. I would imagine these cover pretty much any SLR camera currently available. I use a Canon Rebel, and found the right connector straight away. This screws in very well - they seem manufactured to a good level.There are 2 very easy to switch light modes - Flash or Continuous Light.I'm looking forward to using this even more within my other range of photography equipment. It adds a very valuable forward facing light to my set up.I highly recommend this item.

The product is good as a whole but wouldnt actually flash for me hopefully this is just a fault in my equipment and not just mis-selling the product as a flash

I am really impressed with this piece of kit from Shotory , I needed a ring light that was portable , so I could interchange with different camera that I have and we have as a family . It is of sturdy plastic and comprises of a macro ring head , 4 translucent diffuser , adapter rings according to the cameras lenses . The main benefit for us as a busy family household all with cameras , is that it is a universal piece of kit , and fits most dslr cameras . It innovative LED light gets close enough to natural light , to meet higher end photography. It can also be used on camcorders too . Which is great for my son as he is studying photography at college , This investment is well worth every penny . I wish I had bought it sooner
