Won’t charge to 100%
It only charges up to about 76%. I’ve tried disabling and reenabling battery drives and troubleshooting. Has anyone else got this problem? UPDATE: The seller responded to me through email and worked to give me a replacement battery. They were very easy to talk to and explain my problem and were willing to either refund me or replace the battery.

Early days but doing the job
Old laptop battery not holding any charge and became a pain in the proverbial keeping it plugged in constantly. Took a punt on this battery and delighted to say it’s working perfectly. The convenience of working anywhere you want is taken for granted until the battery fails. I’d managed for months and it’s now quite a novelty to regain portability.

Works perfectly
This replacement battery for my HP laptop works brilliantly. It's the same 2850Mah capacity as the original and having used the battery for a little while now it lasts just as well as when my laptop was brand new. Very happy with the product, I have also used their customer service and received brilliant service. They were very accommodating. Can highly recommend.

Terrible battery
This is an honest response. The battery after a whole month goes down really quickly and doesn't even charge upto 100 percent fully. I looked down to see the comments they said it was good but honestly this thing is not good after a full month

This has given my computer a new lease of life. Much cheaper than buying a new laptop!

If you're looking for something that's as good as what comes with you machine from the manufacturer, this is not it. But anything better is next to impossible to find, also, I have yet to find anything at this price point with this level of quality. This is my second one and I estimate that they give you about a year and a half of quality battery life, which in the grand scheme of things isn't bad.

Tuve que calibrar la bateria una vez instalada en el portátil HP. Creo que esta operación de calibrar debería constar en los detalles del producto. Suerte que el "HP support assistant" que tengo instalado en el portátil me ayudo a hacer los pasos para dejar en perfectas condiciones para el funcionamiento al 100%. De lo contrario, la gente que la compre puede pensar que está defectuosa.

Fonctionne comme prévu. Bémol : la durée de charge est de 5 à 6 heures pour obtenir du 100 % de charge sur cette batterie.
