can you sell the converter separately?

If the pen if officially imported by Harmony Distributors Pvt. Ltd., a converter should be included in the box. If not, then you can contact Harmony to help you procure it. However, CROSS model no. 8756 (screw-in type) is the one that will fit this pen. Not sure from where you can purchase this convertor though..........

Can I use the other inks available in India?

Certainly. The working of the pen will not be affected if u change the ink brand.
