Does silverware leave marks on the dishes?

No it does not. I've even used a steak knife on it and no marks. Love this set!

What temperature can these withstand in the oven?

Hello, Thank you for your interest in our product. the dinnerware is not made to cook in the oven, but you can keep the food warm in the oven, it can tolerate 300*F.

Can I get a replacement for one of the large plates? I received the set as a wedding gift and one of the large plates is warped and incorrectly glazed

You should be able to contact the company directly. When I received my CERT one plate was broken and they shipped one out immediately. That being said, another one of the plates has subsequently broken but I did not try to replace it as it is out of the Amazon replacement window.
