Designed for serious weightlifters, these wraps provide extended coverage and long-lasting performance, backed by thousands of positive reviews and a trusted brand reputation. ## Description Super lenth 20 inch wrap for superior wirst support Review: Excellent light/medium support wrist wraps - I purchase these Harbinger wraps once about every 3 months and use solely for my core routine 3X a week and here’s why: I begin my lifting sessions with an intense 45-min core routine that involves lying horizontal on a large exercise ball under my upper back while holding onto a fixed horizontal bar that’s past my head at about the same height as the ball (I’m in a prone position parallel to the ground, legs about 2 feet off the ground, and I do three long sets of different stiff-leg leg lifts (I developed my own routine) with each set super-setted with vertical straight leg crunches…all on a large exercise ball. Then I go to our cable machine and set the grip at about abdominal level and set the plates at a decent weight (30 lbs maybe) while standing perpendicular to the cable grip, then spread legs past shoulder width, hold the cable with both hands straight-armed, then twist 180 degrees. Do 3X 15 both sides. These Harbinger wraps provide secure but flexible wrist security while holding onto a bar for my exercise ball leg lifts and weighted cable twists for my surgically repaired (yet still mangled) RA-damaged wrists. With all other wrist wraps, the Velcro is almost as wide as the wraps themselves which is necessary for heavier lifting…but the slim Velcro piece on these Harbingers provide more wrist bend while also offering enough support, too, where you don’t need a ton of support. For heavier lifting, I use Gymreapers but these particular Harbingers are my go-to wraps solely for my core routine. Note: I’ve gone through DOZENS of wraps to find those that work best for my RA-damaged wrists…and for my core routine, these are ideal. For heavier lifting, Gymreapers are my go-to for stronger support yet providing just the right amount of subtle give. Likewise, I would think the Harbingers would be best for light lifters and those simply wanted general yet comfortable support in the gym, yard work, housework, etc… AND…like everything else used in the gym that’s all-poly, wrist wraps are machine washable. But note: attach the Velcro on each wrap or everything else in your wash will attach to the Velcro. Similar to washing all-poly wraps and gym clothes and even non-leather shoes……do NOT use softeners; only liquid detergent and a liquid disinfectant like Lysol Laundry Sanitizer in the softener bin. Not too think. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best weight to function ratio *by S***N on May 19, 2025* I’ve owned several different ones. These have proven the best for long usage. Durability could be better but the price is right to buy extras. I’ve some arthritis at the base of my thumbs and this has been great for use curling/lifting, or just gardening and DIY projects.
