Does the job fine.Don't forget to ground it - although if you're looking for an esd mat I doubt you'll skip this step since it's sort of the whole point. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Nice mat but it was rolled up tightly in a box and curls up on the edges. *by E***Y on Reviewed in the United States on November 28, 2023* This is a nice ESD mat for your workbench/desk, but it is rolled up tightly in the package and I imagine that on its trip from the factory in China to my home it was in some hot temperatures as the edges curl up and the mat doesn't lay flat. I tried gluing the edges down, but they still popped back up. No glue will stick to it. I ironed it and that helped but didn't fix it totally. I used a heat gun and that finally seemed to straighten it out. Be prepared to deal with this issue and use a hair dryer and iron to flatten it after installation. If this item was flammable it would have caught fire by the time I was able to flatten it.
