These grips are really good especially for the price. VZ style that everyone knows and loves. Pros- -Cost, its a great value considering the alternatives. -Very aggressive texture, it doesn't hurt your hands, but its enough to keep the weapon from slipping when wet or dirty. -They have a nice width to them. Slightly wider than magpuls but not as wide as some grips that force you to adjust to release a magazine. -The material these are made of are some sort of hard composite type material that feels similar to stone. they are very robust and will not break or diminish in rain, mud or snow. I feel like these will last for many many years to come. Cons- -I have a RIA GI with Ambi safety. The safety slightly rubs on the top right of the grip. About 30 seconds with a small file fixed this. To be fair i am OCD and this never affected the function of the safety prior to filing. -I would also have prefered a deeper magazine release cutout. I think this is personal preference, but i came off magpul grips. While these are much better and i significantly prefer them, i did enjoy the deep magazine cutout they incorporated. With that said i think these are an awesome buy and will improve not only your shooting experience. But will enhance any firearm that is being displayed. Add some fancy Torx grip screws and enjoy!
