If you get migraines and want a drug free way to feel relief these are great. They cool you down and take the focus off the pain in your head. Not working as mentioned. No pain relief or comfort

I get migraines constantly and have had them for over a decade. These were a new discovery for me and actually help so much. I need to order more because heat doesn’t help me and tends to make them worse so these are much better. Last a good amount of time too for the price. I do wish they were more sticky in strength for those who still gotta get up and move around while using but if your sitting still using then they stay on better. No weird smells tha I noticed.
