I love this brand of chickpea pasta. It doesn’t disintegrate like a lot of of the chickpea pasta it holds together. Taste is very good. I would definitely recommend. Seems to be healthy for you. I use Rao spaghetti sauce, which is also very healthy out of most of them.

I have been using this pasta for many years. It is a Canadian product, so I stockpiled it before the tariffs hit. It is made from organic chickpea and yellow pea flour. It provides fiber and a relatively high protein content. The main thing is the texture and taste. Before heating the water, I put just a teaspoon of avocado oil, salt, and black pepper. When it is finished, it smells like something boiled in chicken broth. The taste, right out of the pot, is good. Occasionally, I will add some cheddar cheese powder and cayenne pepper and eat it as a snack. It maintains its texture very well, and cook time can be varied to suit your preference for texture. This stuff is just great!

Chickapea pasta is great! Since legumes are a wonderful source of protein and Chickapea is gluten free, this is a perfect alternative to ordinary wheat pasta.

These are like Ukrainian nesting dolls they all fit inside each other after cooking. If you like dense noodles these are 5 stars if not 4 stars.

I am a diabetic lady, and when I eat traditional pasta I get a big sugar spike. I am so glad I discovered this type of pasta. It is high in protein, and it is so satisfying to be able to enjoy pasta dishes again!!

If you have to have pasta that doesn't contain wheat and has a lot of protein, this is a good choice.

I switched to organic chickpea pasta after finding out that a number of regular chickpea pasts had high levels of arsenic. I'm so happy I gave this pasta a try. It's the only chickpea pasts I've tried that actually tastes like pasta. It's so amazing that I literally eat it plain. Wonderful find and super quick delivery.
