Using them has saved me a fortune in foil and preserved our baking trays for much longer. They clean easily and effectively, they fit my baking trays really well and are great for when non-stick is needed. Not advisable to put them in the dishwasher though as this affects the flavour the next time you cook but to be fair they hand wash really easily (I just sometimes can’t be bothered!! 😂)

Excellent size, they basically cover my largest baking tray and three of them means you can bake huge batches of macarons in one go, maybe 30-40 in total which is great for leaving them overnight. The macarons come off easily, with just a tiny powdery residue left to clean. Simply pour boiling water over them and most of what's on there will come straight off anyway. They retain heat surprisingly well which is ideal for cooling things slowly, yet they never really get so hot to the touch that you can't move them around once you've taken them out the oven. Incredibly functional, more than happy to recommend these to other bakers and patisserie wannabes!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can I use these in my dehydrator?**
A: I'm sure u can yes just keep a eye on then

**Q: Can the mats be cut to fit trays?**
A: I cut mine to fit but after using and washing 2-3 times I've noticed tiny particles of silicone on the mat. My only guess is that the edge I cut is no longer sealed (the colour strip) and is breaking down.
So no, I would not advise people to cut theirs.
The Amazon Basics version comes in different sizes and will be my replacement purchase.

**Q: Do they contain teflon?**
A: No they do not. Teflon baking sheets are a different product. The ones I had were black and thin.

**Q: Can these be put in the dishwasher ?**
A: I’ve had these for quite a few months now and although after the first few uses they were easy to clean that is no longer the case.  They are all now badly stained and despite trying all sorts of ways I can’t clean them and they now look disgusting.  I will try the dishwasher, but attempts to clean off, even the slightest marks has resulted in bits of colour coming off the coloured borders so I had to stop rubbing so hard.  I will report back after I have put them through the dishwasher!

I couldn't wait to try the baking mats and so I baked some cookies the day I received my order. I also par baked home made pizza bases. The items came off easily and the mats were easy enough to wipe down and clean.
