I am trying to order three mats why is it not giving me the discount?

You might try ordering each as a single item on the same order. I don't know if that will help. I know that often with Amazon when you order 3 items they'll charge the shipping 3 times.

How is the mat measured, is the larger number the depth?

I think there are 2 sizes for this pastry mat. The mat I have is a little larger with the width (left to right) is longer than the depth ( front to back). The measurement increments are both centimeters and inches; you can use whichever you are comfortable using. The concentric circles in the middle of the mat are also in both centimeters and inches. The mat is actually larger than the listed measurements. Mine shows 20” x 27”, but the actual edge to edge is about 23.75” x 31.5” approx. I hope that helps.

My last pastry mat got cut up while using a bench scraper. How sturdy is this one?

It is sturdy for what it is designed for. But I would not use a sharp scraper on it. Anything sharper than a butter knife should be avoided. Its main purpose is for rolling out dough.

Where is this mat manufactored?
