WIl this work with an insteon dimmer, according tot he reviews teh 26 watt model did not?

Insteon dimmers require a minimum 25W load, hence will dim poorly. see manual on insteon site, /documentation /2474DWH-en.pdf

If i use a megnetic driver, do i still need a magnetic low vpltage dimmer switch or can i use a more basic led dimmer switch?

Does the ac input have a ground connection? i see that there are three terminals neutral, load and unmarked. is the unmarked unused or is it a ground?

This LED driver is class 2, therefore is isolated and does not need a ground connection. However, The center pin is Ground, and can be connected if you wish.
