Id usually make my own little sketchbooks with paper and floss or thread as the binding..these are perfect very affordable and great to share with penpals. Highly recommend. They don’t lay flat on their own, but doing this doesn't seem to wear them out either 🔥

I teach several literature classes, and this spring, I bought these notebooks to hand out to students as they prepare to come to class to process the short stories we are reading. As a result, every student has something to contribute when we convene, and I have thrown out quizzing as a means to convince everyone to read. The journals are perfect: compact, slim, durable, and exactly what I needed to add depth of participation. Will purchase again for a coming poetry class in the fall.

So far I’ve been using these for tons of things. I’m really happy with how they look and feel; the paper is cream without being too yellow, the lines aren’t too dark, and the pages have a nice thickness that prevents bleeding. I would definitely, and probably will be purchasing these again once I run out. I like dedicating each of my journals to a niche category, so these are a great alternative to buying a bunch of moleskin journals and only filling them each up a quarter of the way or hesitating to start a new one for a new topic when so many are unfinished. Definitely worth it.

Great for what you pay. Nice pocket/purse size and the cover can be a blank canvas to design with felt pens or collage.

Perfect for school or if you have several different things you want to keep a log on.

I am a huge fan of the version of this notebook sold in the three-pack with the 100gsm paper, but this 15-pack contained notebooks with 80gsm paper and flimsier covers.
