Handle holds smallest one?

I honestly don’t recommend this product. I bought it and I tell you, it's too cheap.

Is there a very tiny Allen wrench to use on my storm door handle

The smallest sizes are very small, probably much smaller than anything used on a storm door handle. Since they have both metric and inch sizes, there is almost surely one which will fit.

Are both end square tipped or is one end rounded/ball end?

Square both sides, very generic, no ball tip, but did have all metric sizes!

Is the 1.3mm really 1.3mm or 1.27mm like other sets? FYI 1.27mm is actually 0.50in

The slot shows 1.3. However I measured with digital caliper and show 1.25 -1.27mm depending on pressure on calipers. 0.049 on inch scale. Hope this helps.

Retainer clips broken and missing torque handle.

Several slots have broken retaining clips so the allenkeys are not locked in place. They fall out when the case is popped open. Also I did not receive the torque handle that is in the description. Was disappointed by that.

Fraud and cheap

Cheap quality material. There is some fraud going on. Initially it showed that it was possible to return the product. Once i received it, the item highlighted itself as non returnable. If you want to waste your money, better burn the money in winters to atleast get some heat but dont waste money on this one.
