I carried it around the house for a bit before deciding whether or not to keep it, but ultimately decided to since I really like the look of it.It's hard to tell from the photos, but of the three zippered compartments, the one that holds your laptop is the widest. I had been hoping that that pocket would be the thinner one since I carry a water bottle with me to work each day, and don't want it so close to my expensive electronics. Because of that, I may use the thinner middle compartment to carry my laptop or iPad since it's pretty well-cushioned.The outer compartment that holds pens and smaller supplies is also great and has plenty of room. I teach and need a bag that can carry all my miscellaneous office supplies, and this will keep me well-organized. It's not shown in the photo, but the middle compartment also contains a small pouch that clips to the bag, where you can also store supplies. There are also two exterior pockets that can hold extra materials.The shoulder strap also seems well-made, and I love the option of using either the handles or the shoulder strap. (When I was on the hunt for a new bag, it was surprisingly hard to find a bag that had both.) I don't like to put a bag on my shoulder if it's too heavy since I've developed shoulder tendonitis from carrying around a heavy shoulder bag for too many years. I only took one star off because of the hook issue everyone is talking about, other than that it's perfect for travelling! Just keep in mind, this is great to rest on the luggage handle as it does have a part for that. I wouldn't use it for every day use as it is heavy. I like that it has a lot of room and you can put two laptops (I have my Chromebook HP 14" and Macbook Air 13") and it fits perfect! I've attached pictures to show what it looks like. Personally, I like it because I will only be using it for travelling when I have a luggage. In terms of durability, I just received it, so I can't comment on it. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Heavy and Poor Quality *by D***A on Reviewed in the United States on February 17, 2016* I have had this bag for about 1 year. For starters, it is quite heavy. Add a decent sized laptop, and carry it through a major airport, and you have a recipe for a very sore shoulder & back. Although the weight is a very big issue for me, that's not the main reason I gave this product 2 stars. My rating has more to do with the quality of this bag, or serious lack thereof, to be more specific. My bag holds 1 laptop, a spiral notebook, a wireless mouse, a pen or two, and one or two small packs of business cards. I mostly use it to transport these items to and from the office a couple days a week, with the addition of some very light business travel (i.e., 1 trip every 2-3 months, or so). The zipper pulls are fraying and about to fall off, the top edges of the bag show an unwarranted amount of wear, the handles are frayed and coming apart at the seams, the clip for the shoulder strap un-clips randomly, ALL THE TIME, causing the bag to go flying off my shoulder. So much so that I have had to rig it with some packing tape to make the shoulder strap usable.
