Thus far no issues. Appears to be good quality and would buy again. One at home and one at work. I like this one because the USB is near the charger for the tablet so they are both accessible from my desk rather than having to reach to the floor to plug in my phone. The light stays on all the time, this is the only issue as you cant tell when it is charging and when it is not.Minor issue. Again, would recommend and buy again.

I bought this a s a secondary charger. This charger worked fine from Mar2015 to Aug2016. After that, the cord had to be in a certain position to keep the cord actively charging (green light to be on). It progressively got more particular about positioning, and completely failed (no charge regardless of what position the cord was in).I would not buy this charger again (the original surface charger still works fine).

Charges as expected, but the light on the end that connects to the surface stays on all the time, not just when its properly connected as it should.

This is actually longer than the one sold with the Surface Pro 3 as the Pro's is extremely short and I use it instead. Glad I bought it.

Purchased this near the end of February, worked well and had no problems until the past few days. Charger is very temperamental now, I'm assuming there is a short in the wire since it only works when the wire is wiggled around a certain way. I now have to look into another charger, and I am very frustrated.

This was a great price so it's not a big deal, but as soon as you plug it in the green light goes on. That means you can't tell that it's charging unless you check on the computer itself.

Sometimes you get what you pay for. I bought this charger, exactly a month ago, because the OEM chargers just seem so ridiculously expensive. I had my surface in my office today for my tech team to do some work on it, and they brought it back to me with the work not completed. The charger -- light glowing exactly like it should -- was not charging the Surface and the battery completely died before the work could be done, I brought it home and charged the machine on the Microsoft charger, which of course worked perfectly. Then I switched and attached this Nuosi Deng charger. Nothing, Zip. Not charging,. I don't have the packaging so can't send it back, but I can at least alert other potential buyers -- buyer beware. This worked for about half a dozen uses, then quit. If you are going to use it as a backup at home so you can have chargers in two rooms, and can monitor it, it may be adequate. If you are considering purchasing it for travel or office use where you won't have another charger available, don't!

Not built correctly. Stopped working after a few months of very light use.
