This is a defective product
I was so disappointed when the Player arrived,, , Nothing worked,, The turntable wouldnt turn, and there was a loud humming noise coming from the back of the machine,, . I had to send it back,,I will not buy another online :/

Good starter player, bad customer service
This was a great player for about 1.5 years and then the sound just went quiet one day. I emailed their customer service months ago and even followed up last month, but got crickets. Works good, but don't rely on them getting back to you if you have issues.

Dead on Arrival
Product came in today 5/16/19 and I was excited to test it out. Plugged it in, put on a record and turned it on. Nothing happens, the turn table doesn't move and it just sits there. A massive disappointment.
