Other reviews say the taste is yuck but, the pill is teeny tiny & if you leave it under your tongue without fiddling with it, it dissolves in seconds & the only way you ever know it was there is you feel sleepy 15 -30 minutes later.I take 1 pill a couple times a week & it works very quickly for me, under 15 minutes. I stay asleep for 8 hours with no "hangover fog the next day.

Great product. It is not flavored and some may find it slightly bitter, but I do not mind and prefer products with less fillers. I have tried the gummies and sublingual delivery works much better and much faster.

So far this melatonin helps with making me drowsy, but I still take 1/2 a prescribed sleeping pill with it. Normally, within a half hour I am sleepy. I have not tried taking it by itself yet. I am a petite build, so I think my size factors in to how well it works for me. Flavor is okay. Easy to take melting it under my tongue. Price is okay. I like that it is sublingual and limited added ingredients. I don't usually take chamomile due to being sensitive to it in the past, but seems to be okay in this pill. It also seems to help me with staying asleep for a longer period of time.

This really seems to help me sleep. I have two pills every night for a long time now. I've tried several different brands of OTC melatonin pills that you swallow, and they never seemed to do anything. These are sublingual, and sublingual meds do get in your system easier and faster. I always make sure to stay stocked up on these.

I've been using this brand of melatonin for YEARS. It's great, since you don't have anything extra or unnecessary in the tablets and also because you just let them dissolve under your tongue and that's it. Excellent quality, excellent ease-of-use, and nothing superfluous to deal with. They're super-tiny, and they dissolve quickly and I believe they really help me fall asleep and stay asleep. Just check the amount of melatonin to be sure you're getting the amount you want - this company makes a range of amounts. Everything they make is great, and I've been so impressed with their melatonin that I've begun using a few of their other supplements as well. No complaints at all.

They work great. I usually take 3 of the 1mg gummies (sometimes less). But I couldn’t take 3 of these because they’re stronger, I guess. Not sure but I would wake up DROWSY and feeling like crap if I took more than 2. Idk what I was expecting but I can take like 5 of the 1mg gummies and feel fine in the morning. These are just more potent, but taking 1-2 does the job & I don’t feel too tired in the morning. I deducted points bc I wouldn’t say these are flavorless but I wouldn’t say they aren’t gross either. They’re just powdery and weird texture.
